WHO IT IS FOR

Military personnel in their last year of service or veterans in their first 2 years of transition.
Eligible businesses will have a £1m+ turnover and a minimum of 10 employees.

The membership criteria:

  • 1 person per industry
  • guests can be from different industries but never a member (if from same industry as a member)
  • 2 visits per guest before they need to join
  • need to be on board with the mission and contribute to the mission
  • They are in or have been a key part of an organisation of 10 employees/ £1m turnover and above, the official definition of SME, they are active and can contribute actively (excluding founder members)
  • Attendance From January 2025: 60% of Sceptre meetings

HOW WE MEET

Monthly, on the first Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM near the city centre of Lincoln. Members have the opportunity to showcase their services and products in a 10-minute presentation.

Additionally, we host informal coffee and networking sessions on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM near the Bailgate area of Lincoln. For those interested, this is followed by the main Lindum Rotary Club meeting at 7:00 PM, featuring a two-course meal, coffee, and insightful talks from senior business and professional speakers, concluding at 9:15 PM.
